Firstly most Important HR Policies.
Partiality in HR policies like : Formal outfit for all the male employees and for Female employee there is no restrictions for outfit they can ware anything but male employee won't.
2. there is no facilities like tea, Coffee.
3. Location : office Location is in MIDC area there is no other IT companies and outside of the main city.
4. No fixable office timing.
5. There no senior in technical department more than 1 or 2.
6. whole organisation runs on the base of Freshers.
7. There is no one senior to guide you also project managers don't have any technical knowledge. We need to find our queries by our self.
8. Poor salary structure.
9. for first 6 months of so called training period you will get only 10000 per month but it not in your bank account, For the salary you need to go to tell the directors again and again then after 7 days they pay you your 1 month salary and for freshers you need to wait till 28 date of the every month for the salary, it means you join on the 1st Jan then your first salary you will get in between 20 to 28 Feb... i think now you understand.
10. there is no Power Backup
11. they only switch on AC for the 20 to 30 minutes a day after lunch. so much cost cutting.
12. There is nothing a single Security Camera.
