Pros

NONE NONE NONE NONE NONE

Cons

Stay far away! This company is not only filthy, but they fire all their employees, management included after using them for a few weeks. They break all sort of laws and smoke indoors. Everyone who works here is a drug addict

Pros

Having a full time job is great, but not in this environment. Disgusting building, misleading management and ownership, outsourced jobs. The only benefit I gained from working here was to gain experience as a technician and get a regular paycheck. They did offer health insurance. There is opportunity for advancement that usually goes to the last guy standing - the one who's willing to be put on the overnight shift - not to the best employee. Overtime is discouraged, so you won't be working over 40h.

Cons

Policies changed every couple of weeks. No holiday 1.5x pay or paid time off, ever. Most tech positions were outsourced to the Philippines, causing a substantial round of layoffs. 8 months to get the promised 90 day review. The "light at the end of the tunnel" speech from management was proven to be an empty promise. The building itself is so dirty one employee wore an N95 particulate mask to work every day, and many others suffered allergy symptoms from the moment they walked in until they left. Working there was very much like being in a psychologically abusive relationship. I was warned when I was hired by several employees that I didn't know what I was getting myself into, and I figured "it's a growing company, maybe it won't be that bad." Exactly as they said, it got worse and worse.

Pros

High call inbound call volume

Cons

1. Slight of hand sales tactics. Customers call for PCHealthboost.com registry cleaner then sold on their PC's error log. Wow what big problems you have..... You need pc service, Just so happens we can do it..... $249 to $600. 2. they also partner with malware infectors, infect computers then pop "magically" appears on prospective customer's pc with the OMG phone number for removal. Guess what? as an ee you can sell the service to remove the malware that their partner infected them with.... 3. Wondering why you can't sleep at night? maybe because every breath you take while wearing their headset while working is being eve's dropped on and scrutinized like you are some felon making a drug deal. Or maybe it the rat and cockroach infested work place / building. 4. Speaking of drug deals, plenty of it amongst their bus-stop, toothless or skateboard riding dropout EEs. They will hire anyone that can recite the mindless sales script. No room here for a real pro.... Churn em and burn em baby...... average EE lasts 6 weeks... long enought NOT to get your whopping nickle-ninety-five bonus which take you about 1 step above minimum wage.
