The only con which I feel is, lack of ambitiousness to expand the company. For a long run, the team required to make lot of innovative work and commercialize them. Also, I personally feel, hiring some of the fresh candidates from some local universities is not good way of team building, just by compromising talents for offered salary. There is an inherent Indian mentality at work at India center(like one should revere senior employs, seniority is preceded over talent, ignore tech solutions from fresh candidates without even verifying it), unlike western culture of work, Where as the people from US office(CEO and CTO, whom I talked very frankly), I find more team oriented, more friendly even at personal fronts, like to listen the fresh minds, never discourage any of the ambitious ideas irrespective of benefits to the company.
