      The culture is real. It's not just something written on a wall. Leadership actually lives it. You can feel it in how decisions are made, how people treat each other, and how the company shows up for its employees when it matters. There is a real sense of community here that is hard to find anywhere else. The growth opportunities are unlike anything I have experienced before. I have been supported, challenged, and given room to develop in ways I did not expect. Leadership here does not just talk about investing in people — they actually do it. I have watched colleagues grow from entry level into leadership roles and I have personally been given opportunities I had to earn but was genuinely given the chance to pursue. The leaders here are exceptional. They are accessible, transparent, and genuinely care about the people on their teams. I never felt like just a number. Feedback flows both ways and you always feel like your voice matters.       I find the work both challenging and rewarding, with opportunities to leverage the strengths and experience I’ve built across previous companies and industries. I enjoy collaborating with a talented group of people who make the work environment engaging and fun. The company is small enough that individual contributions have a visible impact, while still being large enough to provide the resources needed to succeed. As a high-growth company, it also creates strong opportunities for learning, development, and career advancement.

      As a fast-paced company, priorities and initiatives can evolve quickly. Balancing the onboarding of new partners and programs while continuing to support existing ones can sometimes be challenging.

      Great Team and Culture, but Fairness and Professionalism Needs Attention

      Pros

      I truly enjoy working for this company. I’ve been here for almost four years, and one of the best parts of the experience has been the people. Most employees are amazing, supportive, and great to work with.

      Cons

      There appears to be favoritism and a lack of accountability among certain members of the admin leadership team. An individual in particular in a leadership role does not model professionalism, respect for workplace standards, or the behavior expected of the teams they manage. Policies and expectations are not always applied consistently, which can create frustration and negatively impact morale among employees who are held to higher standards. Professionalism and workplace policies, including dress code expectations, should apply equally to all employees regardless of position or title. When leadership is not held accountable to the same standards, it can undermine trust and create the perception of unfair treatment within the organization.
