Pros

Heavy focus on innovation. Good people at delivery centre level.

Cons

Promised bonuses which get cancelled entirely shortly after No additional benefits for UK team members No culture, despite them going on about it regularly in internal comms Pay is very poor in the UK market - not competitive at all Processes for the sake of processes The CEO will sit and talk AT YOU on town halls, pushing the blame onto delivery teams for lack of work, telling you to "make yourself billable", as well as saying "if you're asked to retrain in a new technology, just do it", while also doing his best to promote his new book

Pros

- Good team members at delivery level - IT support team is great

Cons

- Complete lack of transparency across the board as far as communication is concerned - Very poor pay - Virtually non-existent benefit package in the UK - Most of the UKI business is led by Sales, who consistently fail to deliver on opportunities in the industries they insist on delivery teams upskilling in (Financial Services) - yet it's always the delivery teams that suffer when sales fail to deliver - Executive leadership team is generally aggressive and defensive whenever constructive feedback is given - dare say anything to the CEO when asked, you'll be shot down in front of peers on Zoom calls / webinars If you're joining OSF through an acquisition, ride it out until you get whatever retention bonus you're offered, and run. It doesn't get better.

Pros

There are good people in pockets of the organisation with some good plans.

Cons

It feels like working for a company cut off from the other companies who OSF acquired, “integration” is poor. Cross team working is poor. Forward planning from a resource perspective is poor.
