Pros

"Alleged" freedom to come and go as you please The employees are great for networking!

Cons

HIGHEST TURNOVER FOR A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING COMPANY!!! Disclaimer: Specifically the Claims Team Lacks integrity, extremely low pay for the work requested, the company does not appreciate its employees, HR is not helpful, hardly any growth opportunities. The manager of the Claims team is not totally qualified for his position which would explain the high turnover under him. He allows inflation of numbers when submitting reports to the client. What do I mean by that? I mean he lies about those numbers when they are submitted! He speaks negatively about his team members and other colleagues to his team members. Yes he will smile and give you compliments just to turn around and tell your co-worker something different and negative. JW is not an honest man as he likes to give verbal directions yet catch a serious case of amnesia. Try to get him to put everything in writing and he won't, he hates a paper trail to get him caught up. JW believes he can do every departments job better than them. LOL he just likes to deflect and make it appear everyone is incompetent except him. He only dumps those assignments onto his team creating extra unnecessary work. All of JW's primary responsibilities are givin to the BA, all BA assignments are given to a Claims specialist so what does a claims specialist do? The orientation is a trick! It only takes a week to see the true colors of that establishment. Management does not take the time to train you properly. They just throw a handbook at you LOL and tell you to get with somebody. I am not a disgruntled ex-employee. I'm someone who actually wanted to make a difference at that establishment.

Pros

Free Parking, half decent building, knowledge sharing

Cons

If you are not from India you will not go far in this company. There is a lot of attrition in Management, in less than two years I have had two Project Managers leave the Company. This is just the two I work with, there are others as well. You worked your behind off for nothing, no bonuses and annual increase of 1.5% - I was so insulted. I have never received annual increase this low in my entire career, especially from a company that offer no bonuses at all.
