This company has a toxic working culture, my honest advice will be RUN and don’t work for this company. The followings are what happened to me while working in OTT: - Work overtime and not paid. I was required to work on weekends, I was not paid and the company didn’t compensate me anything. - Management expected me to reply messages related to work after working hours - Staff performance monitoring software was installed in my laptop. - Low pay and long working hours, the only benefits offered by this company is the health insurance, it is cheaper than regular price but still, you need to pay for it. - Management changes their decision almost every week if not everyday. I always feel like my effort put into work was not respected and I feel like I was treated like a working machine, as after one thing is done, the management will have changed their decision already, so I need to re-do everything. This happening repeatedly drains me mentally and physically. To conclude, I don’t recommend this place, even one star is overrated.

Everything: 1. No communication between teams 2. Micro management at extreme. They would love to even track did you spend 78 seconds peeing at 9:10am on May 4 3. No appreciation even if you go well beyond your duties as expectation is you have no personal life 4. Everything else
