      Maybe how many hours we work daily Sometimes you have to sacrifice vacation days

      Pros

      Growing fast, but healthy culture. You get tons of exposure and ownership and work with the best people! Plus 4 months paid parental leave, one week off if you rescue a dog, inspiring leadership, the best founder, talented people, incredible product - what’s not to like?!

      Pros

      Amazing benefits, great leadership, progressive values, the list goes on and on. Really good work-life balance. We also get a lot of free goods and become experts on the brand!

      Cons

      still a young, growing company with some growing pains but generally the leadership team adapts well to feedback
