- excellent training in sales - really young members of the teams - monthly events for top performers - business environment -you will receive guiding throughout the whole process - you receive 30% of the value of the transaction - your salary is fully comission based - the culture is rather friendly

Cons

- slow upstart - your clients will be your networking and all the people you know - the base product is a unit-linked (insurance based investment), other than this there are credit offers or normal insurances - slow upstart (for about 2-3 years you likely won't make more than 2-3k eur monthly on average - you will have to make your own team after some months in so that you can automatise your process - your salary is fully comission based - while the culture is friendly and very production-oriented, you better keep that up, since there is a chance that will affect your social status
