      Seems great on the surface but isn't so great apart from the pay

      The majority of people are lovely to work with on a personal level The pay is great and we usually get a bonus once a month Food and drinks are provided The office has great facilities

      Cons

      There are a lot of changes happening, the culture was very friendly when I started but is becoming more cold and corporate Lots of office politics, favouritism and nepotism People who have been there years get away with murder and there are different rules depending on who you are Gossiping and being nasty behind people's backs, especially from supervisor and office manager in front of other employees Very little training, you learn by making mistakes and being corrected. It would often be someone waving at you and speaking over you while you were on the phone to customers, which made it really difficult to learn Staff taking time off for burn out or mental health

      Pay well for roles and good product

      Cons

      If you're not part of the community you will get overlooked for promotions and they will be given to members of the church despite being less qualified.
