      Great work environment and very approachable management.Good pay. Quality of work very essential.If appropriate enthusiasm shown great growth prospects.Very well connected management.

      Some times work load increases as deadlines need to be met.Common with all companies. Small scale company, hence a mixture of various types of employees.
