Hybrid position, they were very flexible. Fair Salary.

Cons

Yo have to move around all the city with all the check in materials.

Pros

One of the best things about Oasis Collections is that they're dedicated to training you, they take time to teach you everything you need to know before they leave you all alone.

Cons

Oasis is a very disorganised company, at least it was in Paris, they lacked management skills to be honest. The biggest problem was that as a local operations coordinator, you have to be available 24/7, you can not just start at 9 am and finish at 5 pm, sometimes you will have check ins at 6am or at 10pm, it gives you no freedom to plan ahead in your personal life.
