Lack of management honesty. Lack of challenge to gender inequality and homophobic situations not fully challenged

High staff turn around - Micro managed by managers who dont have a clue what they are doing - Very poor pay - Underfunded - Overworked - No benefits or perks - Under valued as staff, made to feel replaceable constantly - Some managers are bullies and use younger staff members as their PA without the pay! - Worked down to the bone, no empathy to personal life problems and mental well being - No support or appreciation for support staff
