Pros
There are no pros to working for this company, and I have a very hard time believing all the good reviews this company has received. They seem completely fake to me.
Cons
Where to start? First, I am writing this review because I was recently contacted by one of their recruiters for an open position, and there is no way I would ever consider working for this company again. As other reviewers have stated, the company talks a really good game. I was working at another company but was recruited to work here. If you get a call from a company call @Work Personnel, ignore everything he says. I was told about all of these fabulous companies that they recruit for, and how they have all of these tools to help with effective recruiting. Not so. First, you have to share licenses for everything, there is no real ATS, and almost all of the clients they have you are submitting through an ATS. For those without an ATS, OTSI is definitely a second- or third-tier vendor. They micromanage everything, and have you sitting in these small cubicles even though almost every office is open. They discuss personal details of candidates backgrounds (a big no-no), and they fire people left and right. The worse thing about this place are the benefits. When I was brought over I negotiated the my salary for when I converted over. When it was time for me to convert over they tried to offer less then what I was making at my previous company. To go along with that, they also wanted to give me only 3 days vacation, 2 days sick time, and they health and dental are ridiculously high. When I wouldn't agree to that they fired me and tried to cheat me out of the severance I have negotiated. This company is atrocious and I wouldn't wish for my worse enemy to work here.
