Pros

Personal and professional development are strongly encouraged. There are good opportunities for team and individual recognition, and career progression. Top management are interested and engaged. Work is varied and we have some great, longstanding customer relationships. Good opportunities for travel.

Cons

No major issues, rapid growth introduces a few logistical and communications challenges, but nothing that can't be pretty easily overcome.
