- Great culture and values - Flexible working options - Highly collaborative team - Good communication - Very accessible platforms for managing holidays, internal communication, expenses etc.
Cons
It would be naive to assume that any business is perfect, however, I have honestly enjoyed my experience so far at Ocean Insights. As with any commercial entity, there are some challenges, but by and large nothing is that significant an issue that I would reference it here.
