Pros
Paychecks came on time. Flexible dev schedule. Workday drinking in-office is allowed.
Cons
Pay isn't very competitive; lackluster benefits. Tech stack is relatively stale and uninspired. Perpetual dev process erosion fueled by deal-chasing and CTO micromanagement. Lack of competent upper- and middle-management results in stagnant career growth for devs and difficulties/misunderstandings/hostility between departments. Minimal opportunities for growth via promotion; extremely flat org chart. Low/no-feedback environment for devs. Performance review or feedback of any kind was rare in my experience. Overtly political office environment may be alienating if you're not likeminded. Workday drinking in-office is allowed.

- The Companies and Future Outlook is fantastic - Best Work/Life Balance - Very Friendly Environment - Good/Cool, not Nerdy Culture
Cons
- Communication with higher-ups is a challenge at times (due to schedule)
