      Ability to work from home occasionally

      Bullying staff Senior management with no experience in housing Staff are verbally attacked and belittled Staff are encouraged to keep opinions to themselves or leave People are off on stress leave for months on end People are leaving with no job to go to just to get out Salary is awful Promises are made to string staff along but never materialise HR do nothing about the complaints that come in No respect for staff at all Pretty much all original staff members have left

      WFH 4 days a week. Autonomy in the role. Frequent opportunities for internal recruitment/promotion.

      Cons

      Everyone is jaded and listless. Work never gets done due to either apathy or chaos and ultimately the tenants suffer.
