The role is fast-paced and customer-focused, which keeps every day interesting and provides plenty of opportunities to develop problem-solving and communication skills. Management are approachable, and there are opportunities to get involved in different projects, broaden your experience and progress further.

Cons

As with any growing business, processes and communication can sometimes be improved to ensure greater consistency across departments. At times, workload can be high, particularly during busy periods, but the team works well together to support one another.
