      Ability to telework sometimes, leadership doesn't come in too often so you don't have to see them

      Cons

      Cheap, low pay, poor benefits, leadership only cares about themselves, poorly managed

      Pros

      People are nice. Leadership is approachable and eager to help employees to grow. Benefits are great (as good as Big Four and better than many small or mid-size companies)

      Owner sold the business already :-(
