Pros

I worked at Oda for just over 12m although things ended with many of us leaving as growth was slowed, it was an excellent place to work with amazing people, people were truly passionate

Cons

I didn't speak Norwegian, but that was hardly an issue.

Pros

Free gym, great people , quite a lot of free snacks (due to overestimating order numbers), no micromanaging, quite rarely you have to do overtime, very nice modern techonology, you can be yourself, probably a good place for part-time workers or students. International work environment. Ok pay for people without any experience or degrees.

Cons

-VERY BIG differences between countries, locations and departments (most of the positive reviews seems to be from the Oslo HQ where the atmosphere/ working conditions is a lot better) , This review is regarding the Finland HQ ! -Started up being a 3.5/5 above average company with a lot potential in the start of 2022 it was in an early startup phase and there was a lot of interesting work tasks and potential for testing out different things but then around the summer of 2022 it went all out "amazon mode" where it has taken inspiration from and you could clearly see it in the end results and then the scores dropped to 2/5 below average. It started being an environment where numbers were more important than individuals and people started quitting , being burned out, customers were getting a lot of expired and rotten products. -Managers are clearly in it for the money only which corresponds to an earlier review here "there is a significiant hole between the lower personal that does the hardest job and upper management. Things that managers were working on that should have taken max 2 months took around 6 months to be done which showed clearly in the growth and then they quit after under one year. -Lack of new learning opportunities even with internal workplace listings and great ideas. It's very LEAN production even if you would be a top performer and would be interested in a new role, good luck getting out of the corner the company puts you in. Even with a great degree and work experience they are just "allergic" about giving internal employees the chamce to test out a new role and rather spend the time and money on recruiting a completely new person outside the company. -A big lack of work from the marketing department which brings in the customers, often they don't even step a foot into the finnish HQ they work from home or from another location. Which shows in the end results that they don't really have a good clue of how the service looks or feels like. It's pretty hard to market something that you really don't fully understand -Lack of communication between departments, often it's middle management taking care of meetings but the problem is that they often don't have good clear picture of what the work sctually looks or feels like.
