      If you don’t eat, sleep, and breathe toxic corporate culture, you won’t survive. You will be given encouragement one day, and then fired abruptly with no reasoning the next. You’re disposable.

      Disappointment

      Pros

      The off shore teams are great. Helpful. Collaborative. They are keeping the company afloat. Company improved the benefits which were really bad before. The flexible remote-hybrid working options can be a pro, if you are more home office person.

      Cons

      You can never feel safe. Anyone can be fired any time without any prior notice. You may suddenly find yourself on the doorstep without even being given the right to say goodbye to your co-workers. I guess they think you will steal all their apps if they give you some time to say goodbye to your team after firing you! So you are nothing to them. They pretend like they never ever trusted you for months you have worked for them. How pathetic!Management seems to be professional and caring the employees. But actually they are unprofessional and they do not care employees. They are good at pretending though. It’s not all about money. It should not be. People are not pawns you can play with. Leaving that company was a relief. A relief which you recognize the pressure you have been into after it ends. It doesn’t worth it!
