Flexible hours Free Diet Coke in office
Cons
Too many billable hours, no opportunity for advancement. Company makes $190/hour from your work and pays you $30-50/hour. The rest goes to compensate sales team, who are unresponsive at best and careless at details as well as to the managing partner. I don’t feel like a valuable team member. I was flat out told we don’t hire skilled people we hire cheap people.

Where do I begin there are so many! First of all, the work is engaging and diverse. You get to work with a variety of different verticals and clients. Next, the employees are very friendly and kind. Your first few days here feel like you have known the people for a lifetime. The office space is very modern and comfortable - couches and open environment for collaborating. There are also many perks like flexible hours, weekly catered lunches, and 40hrs of PTO for Volunteering every year!
