Cons

- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Great IT setup, easy to work from anywhere. For the most part, work can be left to working hours only.
Cons
Micro-management mindset from senior leadership all the way down. No agency over your own work. Little respect for colleagues. Pros
An easy life - amount of work easily managed, no responsibility, some nice people, office comfortable
Cons
Ofqual prefer to recruit from outside - promotions are for those who are like the recruiter meaning there is a lack of diversity. If you are not a manager you are invisible and don’t feel valued - there is a grade snobbery. Performance related bonus is a tool for rewarding at senior level but made impossible for anyone else to achieve, development opportunities are not open to all, senior management have all the right words but nothing behind it
