      Management is good here , working environment is healthy. People are very understanding and supporting.There is grow in all scales. Work is challenging, place where u got opportunity to learn and grow. And obviously one get job security too here. I mean very happy with management, work culture and other prospective too..

      Pros

      Good work environment. Scope to learn many thing here. Fast growing company. I am pretty satisfy with my pay package and other benefits from the company.

      Cons

      Analyzing all aspect of Ogma, one thing I feel need to be better here. Sometime work pressure become huge. Should have appropriate resource and project to optimize the work pressure.
