      Lots of pizza, haha! Not that this is really a con, just a joke. They provide us with free food every Wednesday from local small businesses.

      Pros

      This is an insurance company that does things that the larger companies struggle to do. They will surprise you. Family like culture and people care for one another.

      Cons

      Small work groups can limit upward movement in certain places but if you have a great idea, you can run with it as far as you can. You can and will be noticed.
