      Recruitment lie about what the role is to get you through the door No trust in employees to do the role they are employed to do Treat supposed Senior AE's like inside sales reps Senior management don't understand Identity Don't want to work with partners yet they are employing scores of people to find new business where working with partners would be key

      Sadly, certain upper- and mid-management ruined life at Okta. Hostile, cliquey, fake culture. Arbitrary account reallocation annually. Mid to low end salary, irregular pay reviews done behind closed doors. Stock is now borderline worthless after a pandemic spike.

      This is just the worst place I’ve ever worked. Unrealistic expectations, huge egos, micromanagement, narcissistic leaders especially based in London. Please do not work here for your own sanity. Leaders (one or two in particular) need to take a long hard look at themselves and realise that bullying doesn’t have a place anymore and never should have. Please treat people with respect and get over your own egos and realise that it’s not ok to treat people as you are. So many good people have left because of the poor treatment. Please change your ways. It’s not right what’s happening.
