      Work is good depending on the project.

      Salary - Quite low compared to similar roles in the same area. Upper management do not set out a clear path for progression for new employees.

      Adult-to-adult interview experience. On-boarding relatively straight forward. Great location, facilities and work environment. Growing team and friendly colleagues. Great benefits package.

      A Pit Stop on the Way to Better Things

      Pros

      For a somewhat recent grad, salary was pretty good. If you are billing continuously and doing what's asked of you, you can get a nice raise (think $5000+) each year. A few Associates actually care about your career aspirations and will help you in achieving them.

      Cons

      Lack of career growth, very minimal time off, terrible projects, they do not seem to care to invest in their employees, manual testing
