      The senior execs and directors at this agency are rich, old, white men who sit in their million £ houses in Surrey and know nothing about social. They're not party to any conversations or meetings you have with your client but will tell you exactly how to do your job. They are also all receiving their fat yearly bonuses whilst everyone else in the company has been told there will be no pay rise reviews for 2+ years, even though the business was told they made a profit last year. Hundreds of role vacancies consistently available at Oliver - make sure you do not fill any of them!

      Pros

      At times this job can be easy, if that is something you are looking for. If work is slow you will spend days, sometimes week, just scrapping material.

      Cons

      They will promise the opportunity to learn different machines and for an opportunity to grow within the company. This is a lie. Working here was a waste of time and energy. Management, supervisors, and coworkers are manipulative and will gossip behind your back. I have heard sexist, racist, and homphobic comments from all types of people associated within the company. The work environment is very toxic and little is done to fix it. Everything will seem great at first, but once you start to see who these people really are you will understand. If you take a gamble and decide to work here, do not trust anyone. I cannot stress that enough.
