      Pros

      Good benefits and pay, and people who are very dedicated.

      Cons

      Olo used to be a good place to work until they were bought by a hedge fund named Thoma Bravo. Now it’s nothing but accelerating layoffs so that you can be replaced by cheaper hires offshore.
