Very high stress environment, supervisors run around like the world is going to end. They pay you the least amount possible with measly yearly raises under a dollar. Board members get millions in bonuses but the people who make the money for them get to choose from a ham or a turkey at Christmas time. They make you do every and anything whether it has anything to do with your job or not, they’ll include the working "and any other tasks as assigned” in your job description. Was forced to work overtime on short notice and even forced to travel. Often threatened to be fired for not running around like a chicken with its head cut off like the rest of them.
