Pros

Friendly people. Very relax working environment. Get training from beginning. The colleagues are not the competitors although you need to earn your own commission.

Cons

Large amount of calls ,long working hours and salary was not acceptable. Commission is a joke.

Awful Company

Pros

The only Pro for this company is the poor agents that are treated awful.

Cons

Everything. The fact that the Jacksonville office lost half it's employees and almost all but a handful of agents that had been there 5 years or longer. The managers and former HR, who became some kind of manager, bullied employees, make fun of them, gossip, put out personal business. Extremely low pay

Pros

I really liked the client's, learned a lot (mainly by teaching myself through playing on the GDS systems), and I met some amazing people along the way. OH YEAH, I also decided I would never again be treated like a little peon that can't do any better in the workforce and finished my degree :)

Cons

The management team was a joke, changed way too often and some of them were completely unprofessional (would gossip about one employee to another, and I mean petty stuff)! The pay is laughable, not sure what the rate is in VA, but in 2009 after 4 years and a promotion I wasn't even making $11 an hour. Apart from the management and the pay, the environment itself was just negative. It was one of those places where you would dread the alarm clock going off because you knew you had to wake up and go deal with a whatever nitpicky BS was coming that day...did I take an extra minute on my lunch break today?! oh, no!! I can't take vacation with my family at this time because it's an Omega "black out" date.
