      Not a good company to start (fresh graduate), but ok if you join as Senior Manager level

      Freedom, as job is individual. ("mind own business") No need clock-in or clock-out Vertical management: Owner-Manager-staff

      Cons

      Limited promotion and salary hike. Messy management style. Micron-size company; MNC's office-political-issue Too diversify; would sacrifice one's profits to compromise one's losses Rewards base on "relationship" instead of "hard-manship"

      Conducive environment, spacious workspace for employees. Management are receptive to suggestions, provide mentorship for new employees, great exposure to industry and opportunities to excel in your job.

      Mostly self directed, culture is still lacking, lack digitalisation too manual.
