Micro-management. A lot of has changed since being spun off. Last-minute trainings and last-minute on-site classes. Seems unorganized anymore and no consideration for our time . Poor planning . A lot of unnecessary tedious, extra tasks have been laid on us just to prove our worth versus actually doing our jobs - which is generating sales.

Leadership is disconnected from the problems SCs face in the fields and are more concerned with revenue. They keep making changes to sales teams but that only makes things worse for customers
