      Some good people that make the day more bearable.

      Cons

      Management employees have been getting fired left and right. Culture of “who’s going to be next?!” Management shares all of your business, there is no confidentiality. Extreme favoritism and retaliation.

      Decent benefits at low cost

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average, leadership is toxic and run the place like a high school gossip circle. The ongoing 'Culture rejuvenation' project is laughable when SLT sit behind closed doors laughing at concerns of employees. CEO/GM is outwardly kind but behind closed doors is an absolute monster with no regard for professionalism.
