Business outlook
Pros
Located a few miles from Aetna HQ in CT, I believe On-Line does a lot of business with Aetna. I was placed at an Aetna facility in PA. On-Line stays in the background, handling paychecks, but Aetna controls my workday life.
Cons
Small contract house based out of state means benefits are also based out of state. Pickings in CT are good, but in PA, slim.
