- Friendly staff - Great culture (e.g. the atmosphere is relaxed, the beer fridge is available to all employees at the end of the day, pizza / KFC night, cinema night) - Interesting tech stack (e.g. microservices architecture, functional Scala) - No matter your role in the company, your opinion will always be listened and valued - Shallow hierarchy makes the company more agile - Flexible hours
Cons
- Small company (although depending on your preferences this might actually be a benefit) - Most of the processes are dictated by the clients (train operating companies)
