      I have been with Ona for more than 5 years, it's a great company to work in because you feel you are part of this amazing team that brings so much change to the world. At Ona there is employee engagement, great innovation of tech tools, staff diversity and a strong culture that focuses on inclusion. It is a place where you can learn alot.

      Cons

      Just like any other startup in the world, Ona has some minor challenges which are being addressed by the management e.g encouraging and advocating for work life balance
