      - Encouraged to voice my opinion - Support when I need to take a break - Interesting work - Intelligent and passionate co-workers - CEO who is open to hearing from employees - I brought up an issue directly to the CEO in my first week at the company. He took responsibility for the short-coming and addressed the issue right then and there. - Supervisors look out for your work-life balance

      Pros

      Honest CEO and leadership vision to create “opportunities” for those living with chronic conditions. All of the product R&D, investments, extra hours and teamwork centers on this goal. Embracing the opportunity to spread the word of what we do and how we can help employers bend the healthcare cost curve and support their team members!

      Cons

      IF it’s a con, it’s that One Drop is a newer company and there is a lot of work to be done! It’s all good work however, and the leadership is committed to incorporating feedback and methodically making the right investments for structured growth.
