To Whom it May Concern,
As I'm not sure who wrote this review and am actually I'm surprised at the input. Employees, of our great company, know that communication is a critical part of our culture. We have daily huddles each and every day, an open book management all hands Wednesday morning meeting, where we share financial information as well as problem solve and we even have software that automates the employee input process.
Every team member in the company has their KPIs and knows exactly what makes for success individually and as a company and when those aren't met, we talk about how we can help and get things back on track.
As far as turn over, we still have our first employee working with us and we lose very few employees. At least 1/2 of our team has been with us over 9 years.
I'm sorry that you didn't have a stellar experience here and certainly wish you the best in all that you do.
