Pros

1. It is really very hard to get any Pro's at onedirect. 2. There are no senior / junior developers left, so you might get full authority of the project, but no one to guide and give you K.T. 3. If you like to work if someone is micromanaging you, this place is for you. 4. If you like to use bad language without caring of anyone, you may love it here. 5. you may become lead within 5-6 months of you joining (without any salary hike)

Cons

1. All the senior tech. management people have left the office or are trying to leave. The office is full of negativity, everyone in the office is looking for some or the other offers and is giving interviews. There is no replacement for people who are leaving the company, due to which The teams for different product have gone understaffed and still they are not worried.There are more testers than developers. 2. Low compensation & low hike % given , and you can never get 100% bonus here, so forget about more (they give 4 rating at max off which you may get 75% of bonus) 3. Broken & bad office furniture, you can sit on chairs if you get one to sit as the Office is heavily over populated (there are employees of other company, not onedirect). You cannot get a meeting room empty (even for scrum meetings, dev analysis). And also, no recreational area. 4. In my work span, I have never went on an outing from the office. And if you stay late for some work and try to reimburse the bills for food, the bills are not reimbursed. They might say of reimbursing, but they do not. 5. The higher management is heavily biased, plus they have kept no transparency (they say that they are transparent but they are not) and one on one with managers is a rarity. 6. They are desperately conducting hiring drives, but seems like no is joining. 7. Don't go for the only positive glassdoor reviews, the HR themselves have written them.

Pros

If you want to work on multiple things at a time, without focusing on any single technology you can work here. Rest nothing is there in company.The people only can join here who does not get job anywhere(I will suggest rather do something then joining this worthless company)

Cons

- Company has worst people in management (specially CEO and co-founder,Attitude is so bad that you feel like you are working in PANWADI-PAAN SHOP) - One person in management is worst human being you can ever encounter in your life, he use all day abusive language against all employees and expect employee to believe in Him and praise him as if he is GOD-This is Fact - HR is just department in company for showing employees their presence, they can not offend any employee nor they can work in employee's favor, you can run this company without HR department - Hike system is worst in company. They are having 5 rating system(in which if you have more Variable bonus they will give you only 3 rating to save 50% of company pay, even you worked like hell (for 3 rating=50%,4 rating=75% and 5 rating is myth here.) - If you ask your manager to define factors for 3,4 and 5 rating. They wont be having any justification against ratings. If you ask them that how anyone can achieve any of mentioned rating factors in 9 hours (a working shift->except lunch timing) you will be heard like you have to work 12 hrs day as what you will do after going home - 0% work-life balance.your life will go through hell in personally if you join this company. - You see everywhere interns(they will hire from good colleges->get them work done for next 6 months with very less stipend and then they fire them.Many colleges have blacklisted this company you can check with colleges).No Seniors left in company.They run company like college project - Company will try everything to get positive feedback by fake reviews but honestly Don't get yourself trapped with this company. - In terms of Employee benefits you will get free water(who knows they might start cutting your salary for it).Else they will provide nothing. ZERO thing.

Cons

They hire fast and fire faster (you can check the attrition rate on LinkedIn). Most of the employees would leave the organisation within an year (speciall the sales team). HR is just for name sake and would have no answer to any of your doubts. Won't let you serve the notice period in any case. No proper training, no PIP no KT. The HR would provide false information before joining. Before joining they say that as a sales manager you would get 60% leads from the SDR's and rest 40% has to be self gen lead, where as the truth is that not a single lead is shared and then they expect closures and pipelines. Your Manager would never call and ask you how are things going, would never ask about the issues you are facing, all you would be asked about is numbers. And if you fail to achieve them, they would terminate you without any warning and won't let you server the notice period (if you beg them they may give you a week's notice). The entire sales team is always insecure. Nothing from the employee benefits perspective. You would be expected to be in the office during the pandemic just because the Co-founder would come to the office. The Co-founders think as if they are Jeff Bezos or Satya Nadela and if you call them even by mistake to ask something they would create a havoc out of it. Will fire you in minutes and take 60+ days for the f&F.
