I really enjoyed being part of the team at OneNet, with many fond memories and lifelong friendships starting here. Working there was the best thing I could have done for my IT career and I'll always be grateful for the opportunities. They are very supportive of staff learning and development, and respect you as a human being, not a human resource. They are fussy about who they hire to ensure they have the best people in the team to represent the company values, which results in a great quality team.
Cons
OneNet support, and expect, you to be your best - it's not a negative per se, but just a warning that this is not the sort of place you can slack off. :)
