Pros

Good office location (that is all)

Cons

Stress full, lack of knowledge Extremely paranoid - they feel pride in saying they don't trust anyone and you will know you're part of that "anyone." No trust shown in terms of anything related to work/office whatsoever; even the longest serving employees know no details about anything. You need to report each and everything in absolute detail; initially you'd be asked only to provide general update but that will eventually finish into the deepest detail you could provide. Extremely controlled work environment - even where and how you sit needs to be defined by the highest level of management. You will feel like your hands are tied behind and you still need to produce at your best. I assume you guys are imaginative enough to think of the consequences! Confidence reaching arrogance - the confidence reaches arrogance for what they have produced. And that leads sometimes to publish misleading reports. Even good change not welcomed - almost impossible to bring any change because of the points mentioned above. And the main reason they still have a legacy system they are proud of. No fun at work - be "professionals" is the mantra. And that means not even talk about anything else. And when the higher management isn't around everyone just let lose.

Pros

Good package, nice office (nightmare to get to), Good expenses policy when need to travel, seems to be set up like a decent blue chip company

Cons

Poor contracts and Morals. Not affraid to give employees on a permenant contract 1 weeks notice if they have less than 2 years experience (operate within UK employement Law) OneSubsea UK cannot plan its workload. Happy to recruit permenant staff but quickly lay them off if planned work isn't materialised- Not cricket if removed from good job previously.

Pros

International travel. Chance to be part of multi million dollar projects

Cons

More paperwork. More focus on irrelevent online work rather than the actual focus of ensuring supplying a quality product and service to clients. No pay rise in 5 years
