      Pros

      They pay high salaries - probably because you have to put up with so much poor behavior in order to survive.

      Cons

      The EA team attracts ‘mean girl’ mentality and if you’re not one of them or you compromise/challenge one of the historic EA team members - they will ruin you with toxic gossip and story telling and management turn a blind eye.
