HR here is of no use and only designed to make salary deductions, and if there is a concern raised to them the only reply you will receive is that's how things work here and get used to it. You get pay deductions for d most silly reasons and it gives you a salary of the month on d 15th of the following month, in d interview you will be told it's alternate 6 day working but its a mis guiding statement used by them. Being a travel company incentive is one of the most important aspect you decide to work with these guys, however if you perform in Jan you get d incentives for Jan in the month of May, so a wait period of 3 months. Also the incentive plan is lowest as per the current market standards. They charge you a sum of 2500 INR for transport which is deducted from your salary.
