Lack of transparency, clarity, and support from members of the senior team and there are lots of elements of blame culture. Many issues raised are ignored or masked as ‘not being able to handle start up life’ instead of being dealt with.
Hard work is rewarded by nothing but more work.
No perks or benefits for most staff -for example parking is for senior managers only and not even subsidised for other staff (despite regularly being raised as an issue), team dinners/socials are only organised for senior managers with nothing for other teams or the whole company other than at Christmas, which can feel elitist.
