Pros

Colleagues are very nice and try really hard to make things work for customers

Cons

Management are appalling - middle management are unskilled at managing teams and have no influence on decisions. Top management own the company - are concerned only with sales - feedback is totally ignored - the HR team are company owners so there's no benefit in logging a grievance. There is zero motivation in the office so you work around people who all hate their job so staff turnover is very high. Work/life balance is poor - you travel internationally in economy class and are given no time back in lieu when going on weekends / bank holidays with no concern on family life and impact. There are zero staff socials. The product is very poor - so you are put in difficult situation with customers constantly when the software doesn't work. Any role regardless of job title you spend most of the time doing QA or testing / logging bugs rather than you job role.

Pros

Business seems to be growing and the future looks exciting. People really nice and management are approachable. Great office location near Old Street & Upper Street.

Cons

Work socials are really good, wish we had a few more but looks like more are planned. Would also welcome a bit more transparency from the top.

Decent Office, Good colleagues to work with. Good software developed.

Cons

Bad management. The worst I can say. Process also is not clearly defined. Had to keep running between floors to get your work done.
