The five-star reviews from 2022 and 2023 are fake—employees were paid $25 each by HR to post them. Currently, OTS doesn’t even have a CEO. Many people have been let go without explanation, while competent employees are leaving on their own. The work environment is highly stressful, with a culture of micromanagement—you constantly feel watched. HR has even questioned people for taking medical leave. If you’re unlucky, you may end up with new managers who are inexperienced and biased. For example, exempt employees are told they’re expected to work more than eight hours, while others on the same team take full advantage of unlimited PTO.
