      There are no pros in working at Openfin.

      Cons

      Employees being routinely ostracized and intimidated. Business model built on wishful thinking. Everyone's a heavy drinker, and there's a reason for it.

      Pros

      It's right by the Tate and Blackfriars station. View over Southbank from the office. Working on a Mac.

      Cons

      OpenFin suffers from deep-rooted cronyism. Hiring decisions are based on how "cool", not how competent. Management decisions driven by knee-jerk reactions have led to a customer leaving. Frankly, management is immature and view the company as a way to prove themselves.

      Company on the rise with incredible vision. Business and Product teams are some of the smartest and most effective teams I’ve worked with. Innovation, collaboration, and thoughtfulness are key pillars for the company.
