      Pros

      OpenSpan really is great company to work for. The products are popular with clients and post implementation issues are few and far between. The Teams in the US, EMEA or APAC are very helpful and friendly. Pay is competitive and work environments are flexible,

      Cons

      Quite a lot of travelling, but this is expected in modern software companies.

      Pros

      Dynamic software company with really smart people running it. Experts in the area of desktop automation and analytics applicable to financial services, insurance and healthcare. Great environment and people focused. Lots of small perks - lunches, drinks, etc. Good vacation and health benefits.

      Cons

      Could be a little more flexible on tele-commuting. No matching 401K. Career growth has been stagnant but might be changing.

      Great environment, chance to learn and improve as a co-worker and individual, tons of lunch and learns and gatherings in and out of the office. management that understands life out of the office, ability to make a difference and align yourself with company and personal goals, opinions matter on projects, co-workers willing to help. Just a good ole place to work and learn from others as the OpenSpan solution really is incredible.
